Levi is the head of the corporate division at Tamir Law Group where he advises clients in areas of startups, fin-tech, real estate transactions, and acts as general outside counsel for several of the firm’s corporate clients. As general outside counsel, Levi offers a broad range of legal expertise to businesses of all sizes, with the focus of compliance to reduce the business’ liability while not becoming an impediment to their business goals.
Levi completed his law degree in Victoria Australia, where he graduated with the award of Outstanding Student in Comparative Commercial Law. While in law school, Levi clerked for Justice Christopher M. Maxwell at the Supreme Court of Victoria, the highest court in Victoria, and he also interned for the reputable law firm Thomson Geer (formerly known as Thomson Lawyers), where he worked under the supervision Eu Ming Lim, a commercial property partner at the firm. During law school, Levi acted as an associate editor on the Victoria University Law and Justice Journal. Levi also spent a semester abroad at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, where he obtained a certificate of advanced study and training in Mediation and Dispute Resolution.
Upon completing his law degree, Levi moved to New York and joined the firm as a law clerk where he assisted with a wide range of issues in the corporate division as well as the litigation division.
Since completing the New York bar, Levi has worked exclusively in the corporate division and has quickly made his way up to senior associate and head of the corporate division at the firm.
